1、 Product Overview
The high-voltage generator set is powered by high-quality branded diesel engines both domestically and internationally. In accordance with the national standard GB2820 General Technical Conditions for Power Frequency Diesel Generator Sets and referring to the International Electrotechnical Commission's rotating motor standard IEC34-I, it is equipped with high-voltage series generator sets (6300V, 10500V) produced by high-quality domestic and foreign generators.
2、 Product features
High voltage generator sets are divided into diesel and heavy oil dual-use, with high voltage regulation accuracy, good dynamic performance, small voltage waveform distortion, high efficiency, compact structure, convenient maintenance, reliable operation, long service life, and good economic performance.
3、 Requirements and conditions for parallel operation
The entire process of putting high-voltage generator sets into parallel operation is called parallel operation. One generator set is first operated and the voltage is sent to the busbar, while another generator set starts and is parallel to hundreds of billions of generator sets. At the moment of closing, the generator set should not have harmful surge currents, and the shaft should not be suddenly impacted.
After closing, the rotor should be able to be quickly pulled into synchronization, so the parallel connection of the generator must meet the following conditions:
1.The effective value and waveform of the voltage of the generator set must be the same.
2.The voltage phases of the two generators are the same.
3 The frequency of the two generator sets must be the same.
4 Phase sequence one of two generator sets.
